| What are we looking for? |
Someone able to assist and guide Pro/Soft Technologies' clients with their strategic and day-to-day computer technical support requirements.
This position requires mostly onsite work with our clients. A large degree of
independence and direct client contact provides a rich depth of experience and high job satisfaction
for the ideal candidate with excellent time management and communication skills.
An advanced knowledge of network technologies, server software (primarily Microsoft's), office application software, and typical hardware configurations is
essential, as is a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. |
| What kind of work is it? |
Typical requests will be to advise on, design, install, configure, and customize technology for particular environments;
troubleshoot software and hardware problems; install and configure hardware; offer training and tips to users; and
provide advice on future directions and purchases for our clients. The area served is the Greater Toronto Area. |

It's fast-paced, centered on the customers' needs. Whatever we can do for the customer, we do.
You're working on your own most of the time, but you're constantly in touch with the rest of our organization by phone, e-mail,
or IM. We provide all the tools necessary to succeed: software, hardware, training, information, and a supportive environment. |
