On-Site Technical Support

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes speaking with clients to identify what those problems are, and can handle stressed-out clients that are having problems.

Ideally, you have a lot of experience with worker technology support: desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. You should be comfortable with small-business server technology in a Windows world, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Office365.

You should enjoy supporting clients that are in the 15-100 user range, with the bulk in the 20-50 user range.

You need to have a car and be comfortable travelling throughout the GTA, Durham, and/or Northumberland County areas. That's where our clients are.
