Remote Technical Support

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys taking calls from stressed-out clients having IT problems, and then solving their problems.

Ideally, you have a lot of experience with worker technology support: desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. You should be comfortable with small-business server technology in a Windows world, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Office365.

You are obsessed with checklists and procedures, and will create them if they don't exist, in order to share what you know with your colleagues, and make our clients' systems more reliable.

You should enjoy supporting clients that are in the 15-100 user range, with the bulk in the 20-50 user range.

You must enjoy working with a team in a quiet 1,400 square-foot home office in the east end of Scarborough.
