What are we looking for?

Someone able to assist Pro/Soft Technologies' consultants and customers by building custom software that impacts their business in a positive manner.
An intermediate knowledge of development technologies including ASP.NET and SQL Server 200x is required, as is a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
This position may provide opportunities to work onsite with our clients. A large degree of independence and client impact provides a rich depth of experience and high job satisfaction for the ideal candidate with excellent time management and communication skills. |
| What kind of work is it? |
We work on projects using Microsoft tools, typically with an Internet browser as a front-end and a SQL Server database at the back-end. Industries, types of automation, and sizes of projects all vary greatly. Examples include manufacturing automation, accounting integration, health records management, inventory control, and marketing automation. The geographic area served is the Greater Toronto Area. |
| What's the environment like? |
It's fast-paced, centered on the customers' needs. Whatever we can do for the customer, we do. You're working on your own most of the time, but you're constantly in touch with the rest of our organization by phone, e-mail, or IM. We provide all the tools necessary to succeed: software, hardware, training, information, and a supportive environment. |
